GenOn recruited a full-service partner, DXC, to help implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and an accounts payable (AP) automation solution. Initially, GenOn desired an AP automation solution to help centralize invoice processing, electronic archive, better visibility, easy-to-use approval workflow, and, ultimately, connection to D365.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), i.e., Doctors Without Borders, is an independent international organization that brings medical assistance to victims of conflict, natural disasters, epidemic diseases, and healthcare exclusion. With projects in 26 countries, MSF CH has several thousands of health professionals, logistics, and administrative staff. During the uprise of the pandemic, the MSF accounting and treasury team began to research AP automation solutions that would allow work from home efficiently. Dooap came out as the winner.
Sarastia's software business unit develops and provides financial and personnel management, as well as data management solutions to its municipal customers. At the core is Sarastia 365, a cloud-based system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. In a project bid, Sarastia selected Dooap as their invoice automation solution, and it has now been in use since 2020.
