In this series of comic strips, we get to follow Mike and Dooap as they find themselves in various work-life situations and tackle the challenges they face. So, get ready to embark on a journey during which you’ll learn a thing or two about AP automation in a fun and easy way!

AP automation is like a walk in the park

A walk in the park

During their morning walk, Mike and Dooap run into Liz, a fellow CFO, whose Finance team is having trouble coping with the “new normal.” Liz explains that the company is still dealing with paper invoices that keep piling up at the office – while no one is there! This means late payment fees, upset vendors, and missed early payment discounts. Oh, if things could just be different…

Luckily, Mike has a solution for Liz. His company has already automated their AP and can process all the invoices digitally from their home offices. And there’s also an added benefit: Mike has been able to be a better boss to his team members which has made a big difference during the difficult times.

Liz seems excited about what Mike just told her and starts thinking about whether her company should also consider AP automation. “But isn’t that going to be a big project?” she wonders as she heads back home.

To be continued… (but here’s a spoiler: it’s not a big project at all)

P.S. Did you know Dooap is a border collie, which is considered one of the smartest dog breeds around?
